ATLANTIC SALES AND PERFORMANCE ENTERS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH ONSCREEN TO SELL LIVING WINDOW

Pilot Program with Multiple Grocery and Convenience Stores
Demonstrates up to 20 Percent Sales Growth
 

PORTLAND, Ore. — March 28, 2006 — OnScreen Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ONSC), a leading provider of innovative LED signage technology and solutions, today announced a distribution agreement with Atlantic Sales and Performance (ASP), one of the nation's premiere independent retail food brokers.  The agreement allows ASP to begin selling OnScreen's Living Window™, a unique dynamic messaging sign, to grocery stores across the country.  This contract comes after a series of Living Window field tests initiated by ASP earlier this year at major grocery chains, including Galaxy Food Centers and Honey’s Independent Grocery Association.
 

Considered a thought leader in the industry, ASP was looking for an innovative approach to broaden the advertising model for its customers, and through a pilot program conducted earlier this year, ASP discovered that OnScreen's Living Window provided a unique new medium for its customers to showcase and promote their products.  The greatest benefit ASP discovered was the sign's dynamic messaging system, which enables retailers to advertise an assortment of messages to various audiences during different times of the day.  ASP also found that the Living Window's see-through design was a big advantage to retailers, who could place the sign in store windows without hindering security or blocking out light. 

“There are other LED signage providers, but no one offers the ‘see through’ capability of Living Window.  It is lightweight, simple to install and offers complete flexibility to program over 1000 signs at the length and time a customer chooses," said Gynn Eller, President and CEO, ASP.  “The pilot programs demonstrated great results for our customers, with an average sales increase of 18 to 20 percent.  As a pioneer in the food industry, we are always looking for opportunities to improve our customer’s bottom line and Living Window supports that vision.”

Living Window can be used to promote products or share information with customers.  Stores can highlight community messages such as, “flu shots available at the pharmacy” or “visit the deli for widest selection of cheeses,” as well as “sign up for little league at the customer service desk.”
